About Eddie

I make AI tools, digital works and films.

I'm Eddie, an AI developer and forward deployed engineer from Fujian, based in Shanghai. My work focuses on AI in practical decisions, particularly supply-chain planning.

Alongside that work, I build independent tools, games and interactive experiments. My digital artworks use colour, surface and movement, sometimes giving the viewer control over what changes.

I previously filmed and edited a documentary in the tea mountains of Tongmu, Wuyishan. Those days could be boring, but they turned my attention toward nature and the people working there. The footage returns here in Tea-Mountain Days.

Away from work, I enjoy cooking, practise Tai Chi and take an interest in how the seasons shape daily life. This is a place for my work, experiments and writing, alongside questions I am still following.

How I make things

For my digital artworks, I set the visual direction and work with AI-generated images and code. The results include still images, interactive works and rendered loops. Each work’s page describes how it was made.
