About the project

The idea is a simple desk gesture: hold a button to speak, then release it to hand the recording to a computer. This hardware exploration develops the recording path alongside a rounded enclosure, arranging the board, acoustic channel, button, and ports in a small space.

What you can do

  1. Explore the path from button-controlled recording to Wi-Fi upload and desktop transcription.
  2. Examine internal layouts and printable structures for cylindrical and rocking enclosures.
  3. Plan USB power, an acoustic channel, and a base weight around the ports and assembly.

Where it stands

The v0.5 design includes software, wiring instructions, and printable files. The physical prototype has not yet been built; recording quality and the feel of the rocking form still need to be tried in practice.
