About the project

From looking at a painting to spending time inside its spaces. Seeing a Little explores aesthetic practice as something you can experience: sense the color and light, approach the details, then discover their relationships through action.

What you can do

  1. Wander through a bedroom, wheat fields, a café, and spaces inspired by painters.
  2. Approach the café’s billiard table and adjust your aim and strength; collisions prompt responses from the lights and star-filled window.
  3. Collect keepsakes through observation and interaction, then continue through the window into the starry night.

Where it stands

An interactive prototype is available online. The latest iteration developed the café’s billiards, close-up views, and room responses; more painted spaces are gradually taking shape.

Paintings inspire the spatial exploration. The roaming scenes and interactions are a personal experiment; parts of the interface reuse open-source ThreeUI components.
